Please add apple wallet support so that I can add my card to the wallet

It does not allow me to download the app.. just keeps taking me to the website!!

A bit tedious to navigate till one gets used to the site. Facial recognition would be a huge positive upgrade. Please consider!!!!

Can’t write a review either. So far I have spent over an hour to finally get my claim sent properly. I could not click on accupuncture subsequent visit so it was denied as acupuncture/acupressure was not covered. This problem is the same as last year.

Worst app I have ever used. Makes no sense NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!

I use this fairly regularly (every month or two) and each time I open it I have to update. It won’t let me continue without. Very frustrating

Facial recognition doesn’t work

This way is so much better than mailing a form in. Payments are usually 2-3 days. Easy to read and fill out.

Given that we are doing the data entry work it seems that when entering a list of medical supplies, the form could autofill until changed. The date, supplier, condition, name… all have to be re-entered every time. The app also doesn’t show the amount submitted for. It show the total amount snd we enter the pharmacare amount.. but we don’t see the amount we paid and are requesting compensation for. Very awkward when checking to see if paid… though that may be the point as it’s taking several months now to process s monthly claim for the same items… and every once in awhile they don’t pay for something… to see if we notice I guess. I feel like I have a second job tracking all this stuff.
