PackLight for Backpacking

It’s nice to be able to break down kit into the level of granularity that this app provides. Suggested some improvements (some things that other well known kit trackers do well) and the creator has responded so fingers crossed. As others have suggested, this is worth paying for as it is.

Never forget anything on a trip, be it car camping, hiking, wild camping etc. Once set up it’s a matter of ticking each item off as you pack - simples.

Love this app, and even better it’s FREE! Will defo be using this for my next hike. —— New feature? Would it be possible to add a barcode scanner and/or product code/name function so you can add gear that way? Would also mean that as more gear gets added you can just search for your gear in the app. MyFitnessPal has this for food. Cheers!

Used this app for my first Camino. Easy to use. Great for my preparation. Helped enormously give me confidence I wasn’t carrying too much. I weighed everything and had lists for hot cold and wet day packs!

I used to use Lighterpack but this great little app is way better imo. The ability to make multiple lists from a central inventory and have check lists for a packing reminder is invaluable. The creator is super responsive too, I’d happily pay for this app it’s that good.

Great app, simple clean interface which is exactly what you want, agree it would be even better if you could duplicate lists to avoid repetitiveness. Can’t think of many other improvements though.

Intuitive, clean app that’s a must for day hikes through to backpacking trips. It would be great if there was an option to duplicate a list.

Great App for weight management of kit for hiking. Would be a lot better if it had connectivity to iCloud for backup and for use on my other devices.
