When i hit search it goes to a blank white page. Every time. Please fix this.

When you enter the information, the screen just goes blank and never populates.

I used to use this daily at work. It seems within the last month or two the app does not return any information for searches.

Every time I search it goes to a blank white screen!

The app worked for several years. Now once you enter the name to search, the page is blank.

It has stopped working since I got a new phone. It allows me to put in the name and date of birth and when I click search the screen goes blank

Used to work but not anymore

Everything was working perfectly before now when I press search I get no results this is the second day in a row the app been acting like this
