Pretty cool now that widgets are available

App isn’t bad, but the widget? What is the point of the widget if it just sits there blank for weeks until your schedule is active. To either show when our next schedule is due to start or to show active pages or something …. Anything would be better than just telling me what I know that I am not on-call that day or that I am, both of which are common sense …

Not sure there’s more to say other than “wow” here. Great app.

I wouldn’t be a highly successful IT professional if it weren’t for PagerDuty.

Pgerduty has been one of my favorite tools to use for over 5 years. The tech is amazing. You UI and UX is not simple, intuitive or informative. If you can fix the UI, pagerduty would be so much more useable. Doesn’t appear to have changed much over the past 5 years

Feels like an abandoned minimum viable product. You can't even copy alert contents nor can you see long alert titles. So you cannot share alert contents to non-PagerDuty users and have to have a computer with you to make up for the app'a shortcomings. The UI is a mess. There's no list for ALL incidents regardless of statue. Not worth my time to point out the obvious beyond this
