I love the idea of the initiative but the app needs to work please. I have being unable to order a pick up for weeks as the confirmation keeps loading and never goes though. Now I’m being over runned by plastic waste. I don’t care about being paid, just please help us fix the app so we can recycle.

App was a Working fine until yesterday after the guys came to pick up my waste. I opened it to check my wallet, tried opening after some hours but it began to display blank (white color). Fix asap

This is the worst app ever. I scheduled a pickup for a particular date. Four days later, I was getting daily messages that the pickup was scheduled for today. No one ever came for the pickup. Why start a service that you’re not competent enough to deliver?
