Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system serves as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Citizens are enabled to provide feedback once a complaint is marked resolved by an officer. The feedbacks are linked to an officer’s performance. The app provides a hassle free interface to citizens to connect with government at all levels.

Poor app developer. App is not working

App crashes

Poor app developers. Application keep crashing on my Iphone 11 pro max phone.

Worst app when it comes login

Quite tiresome when it crushes many time, when the app in use. Need to maintain the quality of this app though purpose of this app is fantastic.

Not working after latest update

App is not working after latest updated. It crash totaly after the welcome sign

Can’t register my profile

I live abroad, and I’m not able to register my profile. I’m getting “please enter address” error message even when I have typed my address.

Unable to register

This app is a great initiative. How ever i am still unable to register as Overseas Pakistani because in the last step when it asks for address, I have provided. It still says Enter address. I can not press Submit and register at the last step. This bug needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Otherwise very good initiative by the Government.
