Before this App was accessible from anywhere in the world but for some reason they blocked access from outside Pakistan. It should be open so passengers can reserve seats from anywhere. Otherwise it is really good.

A pathetic App. Couldn’t even sign as guest to buy onetime fare. The app take too long to upload information.

Very bad app... can’t signup from Toronto

I have been trying to sign up for the last one week, without any luck!!!! 😡😡😡😡 After filling all required info, including name, phone, CNIC, password etc. Just keep loading loading loading..... and finally ‘timed out’ ... Very bad impression about people involved in development of this app!!!

Deducted payment from my jazz cash

I booked two tickets from jahangira road to lqp. I paid you 5100. 2550 per seat. However your application stopped responding. I am unable to open the app to check my ticket status. I haven’t received a message that clarifies that my tickets has been booked. As usual pathetic Pakistani labelled service. Wasted my hard earned 5100. If there is a way to recover my payment do contact 03045919784 I booked a seat from attock to lqp just now 10:19pm. My booking time was 1:00am(night) tomorrow. The fancy move by Pakistan railway iOS App. My ticket is booked on 23(tomorrow) from Peshawar. It will reach at Rawalpindi station one day after tomorrow wow. What a fking genius country we are living in.
