I was so happy to see there was an app and doesn’t show any movies only purchased tickets which I can save to my wallet anyway

Useless app- I was expecting it to show screen times and my membership details, points etc . Have to log into the website instead very clunky approach by Palace

No forgotten your password section…seriously how do I proceed. I can’t find a record of it anywhere. What’s even stranger is it’s a straight sign in no area for maybe the initial signing in become a member. Get this sorted.

I downloaded this app so I can see movies and times locally and I can’t see what is showing. What has happened to the original App?

It’s been a year since the previous review and nothing has changed. Very disappointing.

There are bad apps and then there is this. You can literally do nothing on the app: all it does (supposedly, as I’ve never got it to work) is show you tickets you bought… on the website. Because we needed an app that shows you tickets that you need to go to a web site to buy. Don’t bother.

What is the point of this app if you can’t see what’s currently playing and session times?? 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

I thought this was going to be an app for the Palace Cinemas not some rubbish about movies that you have purchased for watching on your phone, computer, laptop etc 😡😡 All it shows is a place for you to list the movies you have purchased!! No session times, movies showing or coming soon!! 😡 Useless app!!!! 😡

Totally pointless app, doesn’t have any information & doesn’t even show tickets that I have bought

Good for nothing app. Literally only shows you your “purchased tickets” and not even that, since I’ve booked through the website and my tickets are not reflected in the app. I was expecting it to be an app you could browse screen times, and manage alerts for upcoming movies and events, but nothing like that is available. I was very keen for this option so I wouldn’t miss out again on pre-sale tickets for movie premier events like next week’s Dr. Strange & Multiverse of madness.
