Bad issue

Can’t login via Apple ID , help to fixed it ASAP

Can’t login game with Apple account

I have been encountered this problem for hours and ask Customer Service to help! No reply at all!

Can’t login Acc and No Customer Service

I login via FB, I have spent more than $3K on this game and one day I suddenly can’t login my account anymore. Not only that, the in-app customer service is NONE EXISTENT.

Expensive and literally useless customer service

Don’t play unless you’ve tons of money to waste.

Fake players to make you spend more money

This game started very enjoyable until I realised there is at least one fake player in the game whose sole purpose there is to win most competition and “encourage” us to spend more and more money. I was at first tried to win the competition by spending more and more money to buy the resources needed to win the competition. Unfortunately there are players who seemed to have unlimited resources but not reflected in the “VIP level” which will increase with the number of gold purchased. So how these players managed to “purchase” the needed resources. Another weird thing is the ability of these players to bypass limitation set by this game. So the rules only for others but not these players. I have spent too much money to quit this game now so for the time being will just play without spending money and see whether the developer will stop this unfair play. If this continues though I will quit and delete this app.

It is all about your choice

This game is simple and pretty if you like collecting costumes, dramatic role play and are fine with spending your cash. The game developers will allow beginner to have more golds at the beginning. They also provides consort rank and alliance competition, talent contest so it is quite eventful. Minus one star for poor server. Players often get disconnected from the game, avatar get disappeared and some event requires players to change to Chicago timing to play and keep clearing caches Minus another star for unfair timing setup. For hot spring and talent contest, European players need to wake up at midnight to register. Minus another star for dress up exchange, the costume set exchange requires 17,200 points. Even player won rank 1 for two round, the award and 10 voting points are not enuf to purchase fill set. Overall this game is pretty good if someone does not mind to spend few hundreds USD per month to play :)

Super expensive game to play on

Love the graphics and concept. However it’s too repetitive, and almost everything needed to top up and buy. Otherwise you have to wait pretty long in order to advance further. Eventually I lost interest completely…. and game deleted…

The most frustrating experience

After 2+ years of playing and $$ spent, I accidentally logged out of my Apple account on the game. As simple as a single touch. I immediately logged back in and my account had disappeared. Years of gameplay gone. Customer service is a joke, claim they aren’t able help me locate my account or my server. The number of times I’ve seen a similar complaint from other users is ridiculous.

Poor customer service and be aware of their charges

I enjoyed this game first but I decided to stop playing this game due to their extremely poor customer service. Don’t buy any coins from them. They kept saying I didn’t pay for that and denied my access to the game after charging me multiple times!!! They asked me to pay additional due to their system errors. The customer service kept repeating themselves and ignoring my concerns. Avoid this game at all costs

Language Barrier

I’m only giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have auto translate like some of the other games that I’ve played. It’s hard to compete in alliance based events when people can’t communicate.
