I have a also a difficulty in updating my Palawan Pay with this iPhone

Good but every two weeks needs too update wala namang nagbabago, Data consuming. Pero very convenient naman it serves it’s purpose palagi lang nag uupdate

Im trying to upgrade so I can use the cash in options etc but when I tried to add a pic of my ID the upload button wont work. Nothing happens when I click on it.

Sobrang tagal magsend ng OTP tapos minsan di na nagsesend at all pakiayos naman yan

Ang bagal maka register sa part na checking ng photo.. kahit ang lakas ng internet connection.

So there’s what they call a basic account and to be able to use some of the features you have to giveaway your information as usual. But the trouble is, they keep rejecting my request due to several reasons mostly because the ID or whatever else is blurry. Hence, they will keep asking you to upload, take a selfie etc and re- upload time and time again because they are not satisfied with they see. I sincerely hope you improve this. It is annoying and frustrating.

This stupid app is so hard to use. It's annoying.

UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE TO ADD NAME SUFFIX.
