I borrow money from you guys 3k you guys are distributing me with calls telling me that you will call all my contacts and tell them I borrow you guys money I’m just waiting for the day I don’t have money to pay right now you guys should leave me alone

I can’t withdraw its saying payer account abnormal since about 3 days now

Palmpay you people need to work on your customer service , my account has frozen for 1 week , your customer service said it will take 48hrs to be unfreeze . I’m yet to get feedback . Your online support keep saying they can’t hear me . You people should refund me my 22,500

Your customer service is terrible. The number is not connecting. The live is equally terrible as no one responds to any complaints or inquiries… I saw a a Chinyere who was supposed to respond but never did

What can I do to my account that is frozen

Pls can you just stop with some of your annoying and deducting money update I don’t want to invest any money in any mutual funds, your updates are really annoying And you still won’t deduct little money, you deducted 10,000 at once, if the mutual funds rate goes down, I won’t be able to withdraw my complete money. All of a sudden, money’s gone, meanwhile you’ve put it else where, pls the update you need is to be asking for consent before doing those things. Not I can’t even find how to stop the auto investing into those mutual funds Pls just stop with all those annoying updates, thank you.

I suggest you work on the customer service platform it’s really terrible

You guys are yet to return my pending payment of 9900 since August Bad app .. till I get my refund we make peace it’s over 2 months plus

I have tried severally and used various pos for withdraw and not working even move some fund to cashbox not working please fix this soonest
