Terrible, unstable, nothing is automated. There is no point to use this app.

Dysfunctional, don't bother using it to order. Dominos app is so much easier and faster.

Feels like it was made for a high school computer science class project. UX is awful. Super buggy. Awful awful awful.

It’s not the easiest or most intuitive app to browse the menu and order which you can do before it asked you to setup an account and log on. Trying to setup an account was painful and couldn’t be bothered to waste the time. Password restrictions are only mentioned after you’ve entered it twice and then they flash on the screen for a second and it’s cutoff so you can only see half of the password restrictions. Why isn’t this on the screen full time when you are picking a password. These are basic app concepts. Went elsewhere for a food app. So because of a poor app how many future food orders will they lose. It’s not like people are checking back to see if the problems fixed.

App says “add item failed” whenever I try to order anything.

App doesn’t load past white screen

The app freezes in a white screen when opening. On an iPhone 14 with latest iOS. App Store shows that it hasn’t been updated in over a year, and from what I recall of it working a couple of months ago. It was clunky and cumbersome to use. I guess Panago is on its way out.

App doesn’t work. Every time I put in my password it blanks it back out and says field can’t be empty.

Why is this app still not working? I stopped ordering from Panago years ago because the app and website never work. I thought they must have fixed it to stop the loss of business but nope. Still cant order from the app or the website. Nothing but error messages every single time I try. I guess they just dont want our money?

Omg. Every time I enter it, it gives the wrong password.
