i wrote a review and it didn’t upload, this app is horrible don’t was ur time it has no mini menu and the rewards don’t work OR load i hate u pancake parlour app. i love pancake parlour food not app

I’ve been trying to sign in for the past week and it will keep telling me experiencing bad network So frustrating

Pancake parlour logged me out now I can’t get back in and I have tried everything!!! NOT HAPPY

Whenever I try to login, all I get is a message saying there’s no internet connection, which is just not the case. I have deleted the app and tried again and get same results. When I try to reset password, I don’t receive any sms code.

Whenever i attempt to sign in It says bad connection / bad network but my network is functioning just fine?

I can never get this app to work so I deleted it and made sure it was the latest update. No verification code gets sent when I try to reset password and says I seem to be offline when I try to create a new account (which I’m not).

The update has some great new Rewards features such as earning points for your club or school, but I love the order ahead feature for takeaway! Nice deals for members too.

I like the idea of the rewards and so on but when you go to the store you’re told that the app won’t work and to scan the code on the table to order, which doesn’t have the specials. I get the feeling that the store doesn’t want to pass on the savings so they disable it from working?!

Usually the app functions well enough but a few months ago they removed ordering ability for an update which still isn’t done so the app basically just serves as a glorified barcode for your membership. Can’t view the menu or anything
