Good selection of goods,

Very quick and easy app to use

Good product but poor delivery service

Wide range of Chinese food selection but the delivery service is very poor compared with all the other platforms I’ve used. I’ve place 10+ orders but it’s a nightmare when the delivery guy always couldn’t find the place or asking me to come to tube station or come down to get my parcel because of all kinds of difficulties they face. And the communication with customer service about this issue is not effective and I will switch to other platforms.
