Nothing negative to say about the food at all. The app on the other hand…used to process your order and work fine. Now? You put in your order and it takes your payment but no longer tracks your order and when you head over there to pick it up, they have no records of you ever ordering! 😠 These pending (and somehow duplicated) charges on my credit card better disappear!! Don't repeat my mistake, don’t pay through the app.

Team was really nice

Twice, the order placed through the app did not get sent to the store. After taking way to much of my rare night out to sort out pizza for the family at home, and a couple of calls to the intended store, the pizza arrived 2.5 hours later than expected. I would have not arrived at all had I relied on the app. Help centre could not tell me what went wrong, only that their reports said the order had a fatal error. Nor did they offer any „make it right” /„sorry for the inconvenience” offers. Up-sides: The Help centre team was proactive and called me about error both times, but more than an hour after order was placed each time. The local store owners were very helpful, patient and kind on what I am sure was already a busy night fot them, including calling me directly to confirm when the order was delivered. The kind of local business owners I want to support, but regrettably I will not be able to as often as I want to due to the unreliable app. (I’ll order when I have time and space to order over the phone instead).

I haven’t had a chewy, crisp, fluffy crust since JOHNS PARTY PIZZA in Vancouver 40 years ago! Great staff, owner is right on the front lines when needed! They are even SUPER helpful with my random weird requests ! Thanks so much….. I just ordered again!

The Cochrane location has never let us down. It gives me a night off from cooking and is always cooked perfectly. Thank you! 🌟
