App totally crashing, all work is lost? Any ETA for some update solving this issue?

I really like the idea and overall app. It feels like a real notebook with cozy designs. I consider a pro version but - why it is not possible please to buy credits in Paper Store? Thank you in advance for any answer :)

I loved the app but recently I have been having issues that it stops reacting/ freezing and I have to restart the app while using the work. Can you fix that? It starts to be very annoying and disappointing. Thank you, K

You draw and after a few seconds all is erased. This is annoying.

Lovely app overall. I didn’t know I wanted something for collages until I tried this one. The notebook view is awesome and simple way to see everything quickly but you can still read through stuff - something other note-taking apps don’t offer. Tips for improvement: I would have loved it if in the notebook editing itself I had a choice to zoom out and to move around the page more easily. The toolbar on the bottom of the page is getting in the way and even though I can hide it I would have loved it more if I could just move the paper art board little bit up so I can see both paper and the tool box. The snapping to full screen view is frustrating even on 12.9 iPad. Option to move the toolbox to the side would be awesome as well - similar to Apples solution to Apple Pencil tools box in Notes fx. Thanks for considering this as I really love the app otherwise.

Hi, how do I organise notebooks into folders? Do I unlock Paper Pro with WeTransfer Pro? I really do miss stroke smoothing and layers. Its not there, is it? Thanks and cheers

I loved this app more than anything else. I didn't mind paying extra for the pro version, I got the real feeling that I was flipping through real notebooks. However ... After the last update, the purple interface is horrible, it is not aesthetically beautiful at all, the edges of each element can be seen. I have a scary feeling about it and I'm not at all comfortable going through the notebooks and flipping through them. I'm sooo sorry that I updated the application.
