Paperback - A Komga Client

Can’t recommend this. It crashes from doing nothing. Going to settings? Crash. Even when purging sources from library it crashes… Speaking of that, you can’t even purge, when it actually works without crashing, purging does nothing. There’s also no way of telling where something you are reading and saved to library came from. Only way is to suddenly go to a source and notice something is in your library. Otherwise you may end up with duplicates since lots of sources use the same images. Of course, there’s A LOT of room for improvement, so i’m excited for the future regardless of how i feel about the app.

I’ve been using it for about a year and a half now and it does exactly what I need with no ads, clean ui, and organization. Best manga reader for iOS period.

Hi I just got the app again on my MacBook but for reason the bar at the bottom is not showing up I can’t see my setting or anything down there

Idk why people are saying this doesn’t work. I have it hooked up to a ton of different sources and have no issues with any of it - it has been and continues to be the best way to read manga on iOS. You just have to google how to get the sources, it’s extremely well documented and easy to set up.

Running on iPadOS 18.0 (22A5282m), the app crashes on launch. No errors given, just start animation, then back to Home Screen. Looking I had realized this hasn’t had an update for a while, so I checked the GitHub repository. This project hasn’t received an full update in almost a year… I used to be a patreon supporter, and this make me very sad to see the condition of this beautiful application. I hope was see more from the developers, but I doubt it as it would appear the project has been dropped…

It crashes every single time. This is getting so annoying, and no one in the discord server’s helping me.

Search doesnt do anything, useless app.

There is no way to setup with hosting your own Komga server. No thanks. Waste of time!

I used this app daily for a while until the app started crashing randomly. I would load a manga panel and then immediately crash. After looking online, there is not fix for it. This is not something that can be overlooked.

i assume i cant really say what can be done with this app but with enough research you can get alot of use from this app, even has trackers for updating what chapters your on.
