Helpful and informative, he go extra miles to help us to pack up the unfinished foods. Always luv the service at this outlet. All staffs is great and friendly.

App is easy to use, although too many promotions and confusing for which brand . Also, a pain to cancel- couldn’t find the cancel button.

I’ve been member of Paradise Group for at least 3 - 4 years, and within this period, I’ve encountered so many times of having trouble logging in to my account from their mobile app. First encounter, I was logged out and couldn’t log in. Second encounter, after resetting and finally got my account up again, they changed the system or whatsoever, and my user ID was changed and I couldn’t log in again. Got my account up again after much hassle. And now, my account was logged out and I couldn’t log in using the exact same new ID and password YET AGAIN. Tried resetting again, this time was the worst problem ever, system stated that one-time code was sent to my email but I received no emails at all. Such a big restaurant group yet not managing the mobile app efficiently.

I am writing to complement the excellent customer service rendered by Zi Jian @ WestGate Paradise restaurant. I was dining with my family and ordered a spicy side dish to explore our taste buds. Considering I am not a seasoned hot & spicy person, I enjoyed the spiciness of the dish so much I was happily perspiring while enjoying the dinner with my family. In the midst of this dinner, Zi Jian walked towards our dining table with a friendly smile, and more importantly he brought along not one but several pieces of tissues and extended them to me properly for me to wipe away the sweats. I was deeply moved by Zi Jian’s observant and attentive attitude, his gesture really touched my heart so much that I thanked him continuously. Good work Zi Jian, you maybe young at age but you are definitely matured and sensible and deserved a 10 stars recommendation. We love you Zi Jian.

Please stop logging out your app members every time. It is very frustrating and slows down using your restaurant. Your app is just 1 out of 30, 50 apps that people use and it’s impossible to remember so many different userids and passwords.

I have used the app on a couple of occasions with no issue on my UserID and PW. When I tried to log in during a recent payment, the app shut me out. Tried over a few times to log in but the app simply keeps showing Network error or something.

The experience at Lenu vivo city Singapore 098585 is horrible. Wen Hui, who is the waiter of Lenu Vivo city, even claims that cash is not accepted. How ridiculous is that! In adddition, the food seems to be expired. Don’t eat at restaurants owned by Paradise group, such as LENU CHEF WAI’S NOODLE BAR, Taste Paradise, Paradise Teochew, Sea food Paradise, Paradise dynasty, Canton Paradise, Beauty in the pot, Paradise Classic, LèTen, Paradise group catering, Paradise Hotpot, ParaThai, Le Shrimp Ramen
