When the app works it is great but it has been down for about 4-5 days of my 10 day trip.

A simple need, having a map is transformed into a painful customer Hornet with the need to create an account and share unnecessary data.

When I’m trying to buy a pass, nothing works, errors are everywhere and there’s no place to report the problem. Other functionality is slow. Do not bother downloading it.

C’est un vrai plus pour pimenter nos journées. A noter quand même que l’application bug pas mal : elle se déconnecte souvent tout seul et est parfois lente, si vous pouviez l’améliorer on serait au top du top !

Existing users can’t reset password. Pressing “I” on downloaded iOS application, followed by entering a registered email address sends out an automated email that does NOT include an actionable button to reset password. Other than that, works great 😒

Le mode tracking est sympa, par contre impossible de recharger les forfaits de mes enfants, ce qui m’oblige à passer par les caisses et enlève une bonne partie de l’interêt d’une telle appli...

Found the functionality of tracking skiing worked but took some time to load despite the free WiFi and using iPhone 8. The weather was updated in the morning and was often inaccurate same with snow level. It was accurate on lift closings:openings

The app design isn’t straightforward, hard to navigate with one hand while on the ski lifts or on a sofa. Tracking doesn’t work! Photos can’t be found most of the time. Some stuff are good like webcams, the ski pass online store but even there if you don’t know the resort you don’t what the webcams are showing, all the pass options aren’t available on the app like the beginner pass and pricing isn’t clear.
