Its so difficult upgrading account on parallex. Submitting documents is almost impossible after several trials. Is there another way to get this done?
I regret opening an account with you guys how can someone create an account and make deposit but can’t withdraw ehhh una Dey craze oh una better resolve my account make i comot the money which kind rubbish
Everything just seems not working I opened the account and funded the account now I can't even do any transaction either transfer or bills. I tried ordering for a card nothing is working just so annoying I need my money please i will advise anyone not to bother downloading the app it sucks
Whoever is in charge of the app design isn’t doing a good job. One can’t scroll up when setting a custom date for account statement. Annoying.
It’s extremely cumbersome to upgrade account. Getting selfie approved is nearly impossible. This should be resolved immediately or your bank will never be a main financial service provider your customers. It will be relegated to an option for holding little funds. Sending feedbacks within the app is also impossible as it keeps saying that "Send FeedBack failed at this time. Please try again." Finally, your Tech team should look into spicing up the UI/UX

It is very bad that the source account section to transfer is not responding. Customer service error, complaints/feedback errors.
This app has one of the most incompetent customer service agents just to get my account number has taken over 5 months with no feedback…I had to start teaching one of them her work
The fact that I can’t make any transaction is so annoying and frustrating,like how long does it take for an account upgrade ,I’ve been calling and calling for 2 weeks now, and to think I trusted the bank enough to put my money in it and use only this bank🤦♀️🤦♀️
