When you actually want to see the tracking details of your parcel it won’t let you until you pay £14.49 to access the full app. Dear Parcelee, charge this at point of download so people are aware they can’t access any tracking details without paying. You are better of downloading the app of each courier firm.
In app purchases???
Should say paid app not in app purchases!! Di*k heads! It’s not 1980’s, you need to bring people with You not trick them. Sort it out or fire your marketing director if this is how you market to people. Can not trust you any longer even if you are the best! Your word is (marketing) your currency! Yours is worthless!
