Email is not working , to register account , mobile number and otp is enough, email otp is not receiving and working
Useless app
The person who developed this app made sure that no one can buy anything from this app because of so many bugs and glitches.
Not able to place the order
Its so annoying that you can’t place the order. Not able to get the OTP on the email and because of these not able to login and place the order
Pathetic and annoying
Parcos being the world wide popular channel for fragrances and providing such disgraceful services to customers. The website is annoying and gets in the nerves. There is no option to add products in the cart and the same goes with their app. Their app is slow as a tortoise on a 150mbps of wi fi speed. Get your acts right and make some corrections in your app, or hire a bunch of competent engineers.
Not able to place order otp issue
Really very annoying , otp is generating after putting phone number but then email otp is not procedding nor placing order
Subpar app and website
The brand needs to invest significantly in redesigning and redeveloping its app and website, which are currently subpar. It's disheartening that in 2024, the company's stakeholders and employees fail to recognize the poor development of these platforms. Competitors have superior apps and websites.
Can’t Login, No OTP in mail.
What’s the point of launching an app and giving offers when you can’t even log in to place orders. Seems to be a scam app to pull customers to their store.
Terrible. Full of bugs
The website never worked properly on a phone and now you have an app which lags and has hell lot of problems while scrolling and loading. Not expected from authorized store.
Pathetic app
Otp comes once in a blue moon and when it comes it not taking it . How some one can make something like this and release it.
