App did not work AT all, after life chats and countless emails I’m left paying for something that can’t even use! Tried to cancel and can’t, very frustrated!!!

This APP TAKES MOnEY WORST APP EVER I DONT LIKE IT AT ALL

We used the app for 2 years and then the boys became adults and we cancelled our subscription. Got an email that it was cancelled but the subscription still came out of our account. I asked for a refund months ago and they keep saying they forwarded it to the certain department and they will let me know when it’s resolved. 😡

I purchased the app and there were a ton of features I wanted and couldn’t get and did not know until after purchasing. Asked for a refund and have been told for almost 3 months that I will get a refund within 4 to 5 working days. They do not care about customer service. I went back to OurPact monitoring app and wish I never would’ve changed. Don’t waste your time unless you are ok with wasting your money.

Don’t allow to cancel, they’ll keep charging

Before purchasing or even using the free trial period, I would strongly encourage you to read the majority of reviews. Once this company has your credit card info, it is 100% impossible to cancel. They will send you email after email after email saying to be patient with them as the look into it, but they never do. This really is a scam. Also, I canceled a year ago but just got billed the other day for a yearly subscription fee. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. We will see if that works…. All the reviews are right. I wish I had read them first.

The app wasn’t even worth using if it were free. Once you make a payment you seem to be locked into a lifetime subscription, as the only way to cancel is via email. I have sent this email multiple times, and every response is asking what I want. I’ve been very clear, CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY. I’ve never had to threaten to get an attorney to cancel a subscription before this nightmare of an app.

Just like the other reviews, it’s a bait and switch. They say it does one thing but it does not. When you try to get your money back, you get the run around. I’ve been fighting with them for 4 months now and all I get from them is ‘ Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused you. I have seen your case personally, and I would like to inform you that we have sent a reminder to our billing team and your refund will be processed within the next few days.’ This has been the standard response the entire time. DO NOT GET THIS APP. IT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY WOLL STEAL YOUR MONEY. Next step is the better business bureau. Apple, please remove this app from the store. It is fraudulent.

They changed me a year ago. I reached out to them immediately to cancel this non working service and they never canceled or gave me a refund. They just sent me another email advising me of my renewal but I canceled a year ago. This time I have given my bank the heads up and as soon as they charge me I will dispute. I may have to cancel my card yet again because of these scam artist. Buyer be ware because if you want to cancel they won’t. These are crooks.

I paid for it and am waiting to get the email to set up my login. I thought this would be quick and easy. Nope.
