I played the game all the way to level 26 and did not get any gems

This game is enjoyable but it really sets you up to fail. Once you get to a certain point you have to upgrade your workshops using blueprints. It is ridiculously expensive to purchase these blueprints! But you can’t produce some items if you don’t get these blueprints. The train station and tool shop place orders for insane amounts of items. One day I got a tool shop order for 6 shirts! It takes three hours to make each shirt and you only get fifteen hours to produce everything so you wouldn’t have enough time to make what you need. I also think the seamstress is a racist depiction of a mammy. This game just wants you to spend large amounts of money on it. In response to the developers- I’ve played several farming games over the years so I know it’s not a “one day game” but it still requires a lot to get certain items and you know exactly what you’re doing to people.

I have played a lot of these farming games and this is by far the most expensive one. Can’t do anything without buying something. WAY too EXPENSIVE

…after building train station, I was unable to proceed due to a technical error. Contacted customer support & was told that “it wasn’t their fault & there was nothing they could do bc it was an issue resulting from playing via FB”… but I DON’T play via FB. I have only ever logged in with my Apple account & that’s evidenced in my profile. Regardless, I was offered zero assistance despite appealing for it, as I was losing tasks I had put time & resources into in both the tool shed & hot air balloon race…as well as losing my daily play progress & also having spent actual money on this game…all for nothing. Adding insult to injury, the same awful support rep finally said that “my game date could be transferred to a new account that was linked to my Apple account”. I wasn’t quite sure how this could help bc how could I have multiple game accounts under my same ID & info…but this same rep claimed that all of my issues were due to an issue that had never actually occurred & when I tried to further inquire, I was told “if I didn’t believe them, there was again, nothing they could do.” So in a last ditch effort to save my game, I requested assistance with the option that was offered to move my game data…& it’s been crickets ever since. To go thru all of that only to be ghosted once a solution was finally offered… not worth the bother Don’t invest your time. Don’t waste your money. They don’t care about their customers in the slightest. UPDATE: received response from developer stating that they have “responded to my every request but I did not provide data to transfer my progress”. Thankfully I have the evidence in my email outbox which shows that I not only requested assistance with transferring my game data, but that I even made a 2nd independent request after receiving no response for 2 days. That 2nd email was also ignored & the ONLY response I have received since being told that my game data could be transferred, was this response to my review. How would a player even have a clue how to “provide their game data” without guidance from support? Which I requested more than once & got nothing…but not lost on me that the response to this review was just as snarky as the initial email replies. Must be the same person who responds to support via the game. Hopefully this same person sees this update… so you know that your lack of assistance, courtesy or care for those who have spent time & money with your app, will be its ultimate demise. I really do like this game but it is very hard to make any money or building supplies. With the warehouse constantly being full and no way to sell off items you want to get rid of. Also takes way to long to clear areas and again hard to get the equipment needed to do so. This makes the game very difficult to get the city growing. It has great animation, characters, graphics and the game play seems very smooth. I hope the developers read this and do some future optimization. I will wait for the next update to see if they start to correct these problems. If you like Township you will probably like this game.

This game is fun! It is pretty much a typical farm game. But I don’t like how you have to get gold bars to open things. That takes too long!!! One of the orders to get gold bars calls for something with eggs. But I don’t have a gold bar to open my chicken farm!!!!!!!!!! So I am stuck!!!! Feels like a money hungry app to me. Still might delete the game

I think the game has a great premise. Fun to play, cute, lots to do! HOWEVER, it takes hours (like 6+ hours per cluster)to cut down trees and destroy stones/rocks. I might stop playing…I’m not a patient person.
