1. The daily passes and parking tickets are priced in one way, but you need to top up in increments of 10. So to buy a RM1.80 ticket, you need to top up with RM10 and have the balance sit in their account with no way to withdraw the balance. 2. The top up feature is non functional. Approved multiple times via the online banking app and the balance still remains at 0! It’s just useless.

Teruk betul ni. Macamana nak bayar parking kalau nk log in pun tak dapat???????

I had reload my wallet @ RM 50 but no show any amount inside the app. My monthly pass is expired soon and the city council will fine me if no car park pass renew… Useless apps and totally no helpful at all. Pls respond my feedback asap

Hi please do smtg about this app istg it’s so annoying that even on public holiday you won’t let us know that parking is free it’s legit so annoying!!!

I have encountered a problem which is unable to make a parking payment. Then i’m using tng ewallet which is more reliable apps. Then I decided to delete my account but unable to delete the account. My suggestion is better shutdown this apps that is useless and customer service is worst.

I hope we have the access for the detail parking in the history like the area name, amounts of money spend and the duration
