Stayed overnight at the Park Plaza. It was fabulous.The rooms are so spacious. The location was ideal for the Jesse Cook concert at South Bank. The view of Big Ben and Parliament buildings was spectacular. Lots of staff to check you in so no waiting around. Breakfast is very,very busy but super efficient. I've stayed in hotels in London before and rooms can be small. The staff are so nice too! There’s a lovely Italian restaurant nearby too.. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Second time staying here as it was great location and the first time was fine. This time- no bar upstairs opened on the Saturday and Sunday we was here. Went downstairs to the bar at reception and asked for a cocktail as it’s stated on website but the barman said no to cocktails. Tried to order room service for breakfast both mornings- said not in service. 1 full toilet roll and under half a used toilet roll in room. So disappointed how the hotel was this time around, such a waste of money.

I’m in one of the hotels now. The app does not do any of the things it’s supposed to do.

Hotel is in a great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Our main issue was that on a 2 night stay our room was not serviced at all. Towels not changed or beds made etc.

From the minute we walked in till the moment we left our stay was a pleasure.Elliot who checked us in was polite and well mannered and nothing was a Trouble for him . The food amazing . The location brilliant walking distance to all major attractions. The area felt very safe and I would not hesitate to stay again

Arrived at the hotel, digital key doesn’t work and no one to help

Can’t get the latest app to work, get to the payment page when checking in remotely and just hangs, none of the options load to pay!

Well I won’t write a review of the hotel here, (have yet to stay) but just a few words regarding the app. It looks very impressive and seems to tell me all I need to know, and the digital key idea is a brilliant one. However, when I came to check in, I was prompted to update guest details for the three other people in my group. Unfortunately it seemed to randomly save/not save guest names. So I tried to enter details again and hit the save button, but it would only save details for two of us, leaving the other guests as named “unknown”! Off you can get that sorted I’d give it more stars.

The hotel is great - I’ve stayed there loads. The app is indescribably poor and barely if ever works. The experience is you go to the login screen, enter your details then wait. Nothing happens for a while, followed by… nothing. Sometimes you are lucky and get a “you are logged in” screen but then the only available option is the back key which takes you back to the original menu where you find your are now logged out - meaning important options like booking room service or a pool slot are unavailable. And they won’t let you swim unless you’ve used the non-working app to book a slot.

The on line checkin via this application never works!
