Buena aplicación para reservar mesa en los restaurantes, ayuda bastante para evitar ir en persona a reservar. Además de que te marca la hora de los eventos en el hotel. Siento que a veces se cae pero es por la cantidad de gente que la usa los fines de semana que se satura, de ahí en fuera me gusta!

Tardan bastante para llevarte a las habitaciones su servicio de transporte Interno pésimo. Solo 1 camioneta

El servicio de Resort en sumamente deficiente, no cuentan con Agua en las habitaciónes, al solicitar en la app, no dan respuesta; en los bares no tienen bebidas, las habitaciones muy deterioradas, el servicio en general es realmente muy muy malo

No permite meter datos. No permite hacer un Pre Check in, dice que Reservación no encontrada. Tampoco deja contactar a soporte

Pedi mi desayuno por el app, me dijo que habia sido registrado exitosamente y que estaría llegando en 1 hora. Una hora después marqué a recepción donde me dijeron que no les llegó nada. Y no hay manera de buscar registro de tus pedidos.

I called for pin to sign in and it didn’t work so they said said call again after I reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work if ur looking at this before u got ur room at one of these hotels forget about it look for another place to stay

There in June of 2021 and June of 2024 !!! Was so excited to be going back!❤️ I was disappointed 10 minutes after I got there. The staff was no longer glad to see us and happy to help us…. More arrogant and pushy. The food was barely eatable!!! The sunsets were blocked by cruze ships . Forget hanging out in the inflinity pool watching the sunset with a drink in hand🤬 The liquor was removed from the pool bar at 6l! Cups are reused and still have lipstick on them and hard to get top shelve liquor !!!! The snorkeling area was small and saw very few fish !!! This is a 2 star not a 4 star resort in my opinion🤬

Bajamos la app para ver la información detallada de Royal Holiday y nos es imposible. Muy lenta , y no tiene la información básica
