Doesn’t work. Sign in, freezes. Unable to get in. How do we pay?

Nope. Fail. Waste of time.

I just spent over 12 minutes trying to sign in to pay for parking and had to leave because the app won’t load. I really hope San Diego moves to something else because this is completely useless

It takes 30+ mins to load the app. When the app loads the meters dont even appear on the screen no matter how many times you refresh the page or close the app and reopen it. It constantly has an error message. It works 2 out of 10times. Pls fix it.

Does not load to pay screen. Waiting and waiting. Deleted the app. Re-installed the app. Will not load pay screen; just spins and spins. WiFi , home WiFi. Does not matter. Fix it or find a new line of work.

I scanned this to find out what holidays are exempt and could find no info.

seriously, with other useable parking apps available, that actually work, LA county should ask that this one be removed from the Apple store.

I was standing by the meter with a few other people and we were all struggling. I was trying to use the app while they tried the machine. It took me a couple tries to find the dot that labeled my lot. Even if I had been near the machine, not sure I would have noticed the QR code. The other people couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. I tried because the app couldn’t access the card I have saved on my phone and I couldn’t get my card out of my purse at the moment. I figured out the machine, but then it couldn’t charge my card due to malfunction of some sort. Once I got inside, I finished payment on the app. All this to say: Passport is much more user friendly.

App doesn’t load the parking zones and therefore this app becomes pointless and a waste of space on my phone.
