Easy to use app but good idea to set the reminder so you don’t forget to end your parking. The app assumes you understand the parking system as there are no explanations or links to explain how any of the zones work. The app also uses the term ‘checkout’ which I assumed took me to the checkout to pay. It is actually the term they use to end your parking period. I had a nice parking fine before I realised this.

If you forget to checkout you end up overpaying for parking. No way to use the app to correct this. Instead you have to contact the garage owners for a refund. Not intuitively designed so you easily can forget to check out

It’s almost impossible to use. Takes money for just using it. Difficult to get it in English. Avoid if you can. Given 1 star because I can’t give zero

Horrible app, can’t take a payment from my card. No way to contact support or pay at the spot.

The app glitched and wouldn’t load after I had started my parking so I couldn’t tell it to stop at the end. It ended up charging me for the whole day because I couldn’t make it stop.

Hidden charges be careful !!!

I set up an account and still I get charged like I don’t have an account with a penalty and then there seems to be no way for a normal person to navigate this service. Somtimes I recieve invoices and somtimes I don’t. It feels like this company gets a licence to steal if it so pleases. Very untrustworthy.

You can’t pay retroactively. When leaving the parking lot, the tablets did not work. It turned out that you can only start parking from the application. And because of their fault, I got a ticket for unpaid parking.
