This is my first to try charging my EV (Hyundai Ioniq 5), and I just want to try it only. However, it’s very bad experience: 1. The charging cost it’s very2 expensive compare to other charging stations (the reason is they said because of their charging station is very convenience, which is not true, others also convenience). 2. Have difficulty when starting the charging, I need to figure out about 15 minutes to get start charging. Then I lost 15 minutes of charging time (they charging by time). 3. During the first 15 minutes, the “helping button” on the charging station didn’t work. So, get help from Whatsapp chat with the CS, which takes 15 minutes to solve my problem. 4. After solving the problem, the CS blame it to my EV and NO compensation on the 15 Minutes that I lost. Again, I will never use this charging station anymore!.

Tolong lebih di jelaskan lagi ke pelanggan sudah capek capek urusnya malah enggak bisa!!!!!

Karna saban hari maenya di GI, ternyata udah beli stiker dan aktivasi tp ga berfungsi. CS reply chat lamma bener, sejam sekali. Trus kurang menjawab pertanyaan. Jadi uninstall lagi dan copot stiker.
