Too many glitches
Not user friendly
didn’t even let me book a spot
i spent like 30 minutes trying different cards and locations near my event and it just refused to let me buy any. decent prices though.
Parking by Rosemont line
This was very easy to fill your information in and access parking close to your destination. Good pricing as well.
Poor customer service
Multiple attempts to cancel the rest in the application…. It fails to work and no refund is forthcoming. I have contacted support and they never call back
Awful
You need to accept the Sunpass this method is way too time consuming
Vanity tag won’t work
Asking for the vehicle tag info. I have short vanity tag, the app won’t accept insisting set number input. It becomes useless.
Price increases and inability to book ahead
I’ve been parking at the same lot for over 2 years and they raised the daily rate from $5 to $16, and now removed the ability to book parking ahead of time. Greedy corporation and now, a non-functional app.
Rarely works
This app works less than 30% of the time. You need to manually use the kiosk to pay for your parking. Zero convenience, lots of aggravation. I wish the Chicago Park District stuck with the old vendor.
The parking handling fee for is TOO much.
