Hi I always have a bug, when you need re login to the app

How do you end a session to start a new one else where ??

App continuously crashes. Also as soon as I have the app a 1 star review me account was blocked by the app. It stated an email would be sent to reinstate the account by the email never arrived . Poor work

Can barely use the app and I know I’m not the only one who get signed out before you complete payment for parking . Not fun having to repeat this 2-3 times before it’s successful. Been the same since the app came out. Who is responsible for it ????

This was app was offered at our parking spot in New York City. We downloaded it, spent time uploading all of our information, used their location services to pick the site, paid for two hours got a ticket for -not displaying Fare- anyway in 1 hour. When you contact the app, they’ll say they have nothing to do with municipal parking and you need to go through process of disputing your ticket. Has been a 3 week nightmare of broken other sites and processes to dispute.

This is the second time that I am using this app & it STOLE money from my e card & didn’t put money into my meter, leaving me to have to replenish the money on the e card!!!!! AND I GOT A TICKET AFTER I REPLENISHED AND REFILLED THE METER !!! IT DIDNT REGISTER MY MONEY FOR THE METER & TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF THE E CARD !!!!!!! FIX THIS BLASTED APP !!! I REFUSE TO PAY NYC MONEY BECAUSE OF TECHNOLOGICAL NEGLIGENCE !!!!!!!! COUNT YOUR DAYS PARKNYC !!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to extend time, why cant i locate the feature? I made one of my two cars a primary but this app continues to switch cars as my primary which causes a charge in the wrong car. The updates make me creat a new account each time! Its been a while but the app designer fixed previous issues. Good job!

My husband is “going through it “ medically speaking. So NOT having to run back and forth to the meter is is the best! Thanks

A pleasure to use the new app! Works every time. One problem only: I can’t extend a session. I press the expand tab and it reads I can’t extend. So what I do is start a new parking session as the old one times out. If that glitch were handled, I would give FIVE stars+!
