Went to download the app as I parked and kept crashing. So decided to walk literally next door to get signal, and come back to find a £100 parking fine. Are your operators hiding in the bushes and is this app purposely inoperable to incur these fines?

Arrived at a car park that had nearly zero options to pay, so was forced to download this useless and pathetic excuse for an “app”. All attempts to pay for parking were declined, after wasting time processing payment for at least 15 minutes. Had no choice but to leave the car park as there was no way to pay, which with Parknomy should have been possible, but wasn’t. Should be taken off the app store. Or at least fixed so no other unfortunate users have to deal with this absolute scam of an app. Disgraceful

To quote, Making cashless parking easier. Well I don’t believe that one bit, Arrive at car park, find machine not taking cash and no facility to take a card payment, no phone or internet coverage, undeterred I drive back a mile or so and find coverage to download the Parkonomy app, complete my details now the app won’t accept a simple debit card to enable payment of any sort, so that’s one place that we wanted to revisit that we had to cancel due to the stupidity of placing a machine where there’s no internet or phone coverage and the fact that the machine is poorly maintained, who works out if these facilities are suitable for the location? Returned from holiday and app still doesn’t work.

Can’t get password reset; can’t get a call via texting. Hopeless

Parkonomy is the worst parking app i have ever seen. It is complete garbage. Whoever designed the UX & UI on this app must be a complete waste of space because its so bad

Busy car park that only had one working machine, downloaded the app but couldn’t even register, filled in all my details but the ‘register’ button was always greyed out and wouldn’t work

The app won’t even let you register on the register page, had to pay at machine, luckily I had the right change. So so bad, don’t even bother

Big queue in car park for ticket machine, clearly everyone knows how awful the app is…I entered my details and registered, entered my credit card details and approved in my banking app and it now shows no bookings in the app, worst of all it no longer appears on my banking app either, even though I know I clicked through to approve. I had a notification of being charged £5.40 from the banking app and dismissed this unfortunately. Shocking scam that doesn’t offer suitable payment methods without inconvenience.

Truly awful parking app.
