They tell you where to park to go to events but neglect to tell you that all those lots are prepaid only. Useless

App said event parking $6 ... We prepaid upon arrival then went to pirates game and had to pay an additional $14 - this should b clearly stated at garage when PRE pay was made.

Downloaded the app yesterday as I was going to the Arts Festival. App told me there were 109 spaces at 6th and Penn. no, it was full. Same thing happened at the next garage. What a waste of time, sitting in traffic. I ended up at Forbes garage, (old Kaufman’s), got there on my own. The app is a waste of space on my phone, time to delete.

This used to work but now doesn’t. They should just shut it down. The front screen info vs. the specific garage you choose for more details isn’t even close with accuracy! So the whole purpose of the app now can’t be trusted. Bring back the old app!

I'm not intimately familiar with downtown Pittsburgh, this app really helps me to find the best (open) parking.

Open lots, not included. Southside not included. Oakland, not. Shadyside, not. Northside, limited. No information on heights (for wheelchair vans). Also, how often is it refreshed? Seems not to be very current. 3 yrs later, no different.

This app used to be awesome, I checked it every morning. It's completely broken now, the zoom doesn't work, none of the interface buttons work, you can't view a list of garages, even the contact info on the website is broken. I'm all about giving interns a go at something but it's like no one even tested the update before it was released. Please bring back the old app! Or at least something that works!

Go back to making the default view as the Map. Don't mind they added a list view. But most people want to zoom in on their location on the map first

This was my go to app for parking in Pittsburgh. With the new update, it is useless. You can't get a list of the garages, only a map view or choose a destination. When opening, it gives a message that the app needs updating or it will slow your phone down. Would have given 0 stars if that were an option.

This app was fantastic until I recently updated to the most recent iPhone iOS. I now get a message every time I open it saying that "this app may slow down your phone, developer needs to update app to prevent issues with new iOS". It now runs slow and functionality is about half of what it was. Developers please fix!!!
