No elapsed time or countdown timer, can’t even see what time it started or when the parking ends. Not a good parking app. Victoria, please just use the Honk app, it’s perfect

Came to Victoria for the first time in a while and I can say this is probably the best parking app I’ve ever used. Good stuff to whoever made it

Love the app. Keeps the book work straight

City of Victoria should buy and manage all the parking lots through this app tbh. Pay for parking at any city owned lots and meters through the city from your phone, it's super easy, and if you leave early you get all that time back as credit. Buy time by the minute, hour, or day for a special rate! Cities using PayByPhone should be embarrassed, this is such a great app and system not designed to screw over the customer/driver.

Hey crew - this app is helpful just a couple things holding me back from having a better review. 1. When you go to re-up your parking you have to wait until it’s 100% expired and you have to look at your history to find the location code again that’s pretty inconvenient 2. There’s a pop up that tells you parking is free 6-9pm so you think that means everywhere in Vic but that’s wrong and I got a ticket 3. The honk as the notification sound is too jarring you should make it something still cute but not to alarming

Can’t access anything without entering my pin (why is there one in the first place?) and whenever I click enter the app immediately crashes. Please fix

City of Vancouver has a great parking app that allows you to use Apple Pay to make a payment. Why can’t City of Victoria follow them? I hate the idea of storing a credit card in an app that looks like it hasn’t been updated since iPhone 6-era. And loading funds into an account is just a bad idea, from locking money into an account that you can’t access unless you want to park to letting an app build off interest from your stored credit. No thanks.
