1week(1000円)を購入したつもりだったのに、1日で7000円も落とされてしまいました。6000円の返金か、この返金分を1yearの購入にして欲しいです。そもそも、アプリ内でどのような操作でいくらのポイントが消費されるのかなどの説明がなく、不親切なインフォメーションです。対応をお願いします。
