The app seems acceptable at the moment but certain products that I stock in my bar isn’t on the app, I would recommend that if this app was created for easy stock taking then the creators should up to date on new types of drinks coming out and updating the design of bottles. For example what I mean by the design of bottles that the Gordon’s gin isn’t updated to the green coloured bottle that is currently sold as at the moment, and by updating the current stock is that I stock tarquins a Cornish gin and it doesn’t have it available so at this current moment the app isn’t really suited to my need.

This app has made my life as a general manager of a live music venue so much easier. Customer service is also the best I’ve ever had, not used to it being so great being from the UK, thanks Partender!

Easy accurate inventory— more drink, served, revenue, tips, and happy guest – in 90 seconds
I’m a bartender who takes pride and loves what I’m doing, especially since that means the guest is happy and my tips increase. I want order to have the most efficiency, and organization has always been important to me but most bars and restaurants aren’t organized. I used to work at Interlock Hotel and Drawbar as a bartender but also got pulled into doing inventory before and it’d take forevvver since it was still just guessing how full bottles were and writing everything down and putting into a system.
Now I work for a high-volume craft cocktail venue where we have lines at the bar and I still have to make drinks with egg whites. I don’t have to time and can’t afford to figure out where bottles are or where another bartender put the bottles, and this used to be the case before we got Partender. Bottles would move around like the Wild West. We had NO bar manager. But since our company got Partender, we have a source of truth. And we are even doing a nightly inventory. It takes us each like 90 seconds to count our sections and now as bartenders we’re getting the products we need to serve guests since our managers aren’t blinding placing orders without realizing what we already have or what we’re actually out of.
