As a partner it’s extremely annoying that this big company cannot have an app that functions properly. Every single time I go to use the app. It’s buggy. I can never review my schedule. I have to refresh the app constantly. I’m constantly getting logged out. I understand for security purposes, but don’t make it. Nearly impossible to login. I’m over here in college and I can’t login and see my shifts and stuff because I have to be connected to a store. Wi-Fi to login or even reset my password, so then I have to drive out to H-E-B. To figure out when it’s extremely annoying and inconsiderate

Stop asking for me to provide feedback every time I open the app. When “no thanks” is selected, that should be the end of that message appearing. However, it will keep appearing. Stop forcing us to provide feedback. So my 1 star is due to the annoyance of the feedback message continuously popping up.

All of a sudden I can’t see any shifts to bid on even if I click on other stores what is going on

Wish we could swap shifts in app and not have to go online.

I haven’t been able to log in for a while. Whenever I put my password it always give me a message saying unable to login and I’m not understanding why. I can log in from the computer at work but I can’t login from my phone.

Is there ever going to be an update so the Okta forbidden code will stop showing up. Like I can’t even look at any updates for my transfer to a different store unless I’m on a computer at work now since the Okta update.

I can longer look up products or scan products for information and today after the recent update I can’t see my schedule. Little frustrating because I need to be able to do these things.

Rating all HEB apps 1 star since the one I used the most was the pharmacy one. I have no way of knowing what scripts they have for me unless I call and wait FOREVER for someone to help me.
