The application will only be useful when the digital passes are sent.
To improve the door opening experience, we detect readers when the application is not opened, location service is used exclusively for this purpose.

Passcode activation code Failure
I couldn’t activate the Passapp as Passcode confirmation “OTP” did not received from PASSAPP cloud , there’s definitely a technical issue showed up & i’ve tried to reach Passapp Team through different contacts but no response.
Application crashes
I’m using iOS updated version 15.7.2 And the application crashes every time at the last step while reserving.. Account created normally and tried to uninstall and install the app same problem The app version needs update
Disappointing. Weak customer service and technical support
The reader at my office is not working properly. The customer service said they will send a replacement, the replacement visit has been cancelled for 3-4 times. Cancellation reasons are so unprofessional. And now they say, the visit won’t be before 2 weeks as there is a big project that has all the team busy!!!!!!!! They took full annual payment at the beginning of the year, and customer service throughout the past period is really bad. I need someone from the management to contact me. Can’t reach to any of them.
