Passe Covid can be used by everyone, including air companies, organizers of cultural, corporate, sporting and family events (such as weddings and baptisms), so that we can get back to normal days and our freedom, in safety.
The application may be used by entities to validate certificates issued by all Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. The application validates the authenticity of the EU Digital Covid Certificate and the compliance with the Portuguese validation criteria defined by health authorities (Decree-Law No. 54-A/2021).
How to use it?
Point the camera of your phone to read the QR code of the presented Digital Certificate COVID.The certificate may be presented on paper or in digital format.
The app will automatically check the certificate.
A green light result means that the certificate has been successfully validated.
A result with red sign means that the certificate is not valid (the validation includes verification of the authenticity of the certificate and compliance with the health rules defined by the DGS).
This application does not guarantee the security of the holder of the COVID Digital Certificate in relation to COVID-19, nor their identity, serving only to validate the authenticity of the certificate.
The presentation of the COVID Digital Certificate does not serve as a form of identification of the bearer, always lacking the presentation of a valid and legitimate official identification document

The application does not store any kind of personal data.

Update April 10, 2022: after last dictionary update it is working correctly again. Answer to developer response on April 5, 2022: Since March 28, 2022, I am trying to update the dictionary exactly as you describe by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner, on the camera screen. The message I always receive is “Your application is already updated”, and nothing changes. I also tried to uninstall it and reinstall, again, nothing changes. About internet access, I do have 24-hours internet access, at home by FTTH 10Gbps and on my iPhone by LTE with 10Gb, provided by MEO. And I want to recall that the EU vaccination certificate I have is issued in Portugal, as I live in Portugal and I am Portuguese. Since March 28, 2022, update the app does not work properly. Valid vaccination certificates with 3 doses issued in Portugal are no more validated. Thank you very much for not helping anyone!
Emissor desconhecido??
Acabei de imprimir os certificados de recuperação dos meus filhos, que tirei da App SNS24.
Quando usei está App para os testar, disse-me que o emissor é desconhecido. Não faz sentido, o que é que me falta aqui? Os dados da app estão actualizados (pelo menos é o que diz aqui).
Como é que a app não reconhece esta entidade emissora??

Falta de utilidade
Boa tarde,
Gostaria de saber qual é verdadeiramente a utilidade desta aplicação pois quando é necessário que eu apresente o certificado do covid para entrada em restaurantes por exemplo esta aplicação deveria funcionar pois os estabelecimentos deveriam ter um QR Code de forma que o cidadão utilizasse esta aplicação é validasse com o seu certificado. De forma que o certificado do covid seja pessoal e intransmissível. Pois eu mesmo até posso apresentar um certificado de outra pessoa pois não é solicitado as pessoas o documento de identificação.
Não funciona
Abrindo a app e depôs de autorizado o acesso à câmara, aponta-se para o código QR e nada acontece! A app não dá qualquer informação nem erro, só não funciona!!!!
Bloqueio ecrã
Bloqueia muitas vezes com informação no ecrã em como devo verificar que data/hora dispositivo está atualizada. Vivo nos Açores, será por isso? Antes não era assim

Só serve para o certificado de vacinação, se mostrem o QR code q serve para ambos a app não reconhece. Por favor mudem isso!
