The PCG TAXI app is Free to download. It is very easy to use and you can book your vehicle in a couple of seconds.
Using the app you can:
•Get a quote for your journey
•Get set fares
•Make a booking
•Add multiple pick-ups (vias) to your booking
•Choose the vehicle type
•Edit a booking
•Check the status of your booking
•Cancel a booking
•Book a return trip
•Track your booked vehicle on a map
•See an ETA of your booking
•See a picture of your driver
•Contact your driver via the app
•See all “Available” cars near you
•See all “Soon to Clear” cars near you
•See all cars near you
•Manage you previous bookings
•Manage your favourite addresses
•Pay by cash, Card or Account
•Have a message automatically sent to a “Buddy” when your car arrives so they can track where you are.
•While you are in the vehicle, trigger a “Track Me2 message to a contact so you can feel secure in the knowledge they know where you are
•Receive a email confirmation on each booking
•Receive a Text-Back or Ring-Back alert on arrival of your vehicle

Generally quite poor
I use PCG on a regular basis but the phone systems are becoming less user friendly to try and reduce people costs (presumably) Tried the App. Oh dear. It was adamant I lived 2 houses away and would not let me change it. It continually refused to take Apple Pay (works flawlessly everywhere else for me). The actual cost for the trip was higher than the high end of the stated range so the poor driver ended up with less of a tip. Uber was cheaper when I compared - and guaranteed.
Useless
Worked twice after some difficulty. Did not function on further attempts. Let’s down a good taxi service which has a very helpful response by telephone.

Driver waiting somewhere else and not coming to the pick up point
The driver didn’t arrive to the pickup point. He was waiting somewhere else nearby. No point in waiting somewhere else. His phone has got only voicemail. Couldn’t reach him. Got into a situation whether to cancel the ride or to find him to reach the train station on time. Finally, after calling passenger cars operator, I found him. Such an unwanted tension in the morning!
Needs an update!
Please update for iOS - not a great experience when trying to pay by card.
Poor Feature
Good app but you have to enter your CVV code which in this day and age when you don’t have your wallet or card on you is a terrible feature. Uber still easier
