I still like and use the first ascending piano track and feel a noticeable shift after about 8 minutes. I sometimes lose awareness after about 20 minutes but always come back with the bell. I am so grateful to have found such a simple, effective practice that has become a daily joy which I truly look forward to.

The nine week chorus is absolutely amazing and I love the concept of this app, but it is extremely difficult to navigate. That is why I give it a three.
