I want to register complaint but this showing unexpected character error

Complaint icon is not working. Furthermore, its CHECK STATUS OF PAYMENT is also not responding payments confirmation.

I have installed the app but the message to update the app is appearing and not works . Please fix it.

It keeps asking me to update the app when I tap e-payment. I just downloaded the app, how come I would have an outdated version?!

Upon tapping payment option it gives an error stating "Due to some critical updates you need to update app..." while there is no update available.

When trying to access the e-payment app, an error message appears stating, "Due to some critical changes, you need to update the app to the latest version to proceed." However, there is no update available on the App Store. Please address this issue.
