Not usable with a foreign mobile subscription - 403 forbidden (QR Code scan or URL) so I don't pay
Network error
Tried to pay in Seal Beach, always received a network error.
Network error
Why does the city of Pasadena require an a an app to pay for parking and the app does not work.
Not working on all accounts
Tried to register via phone, got a network error. Tried to register via mail, got an error stating mail was invalid. Tried for about 30 minutes in all possible variants. Ended up parking without it, got a fine. One star would still be too much.

Do not trust their Privacy, nor Terms of Use
Make sure to read their terms and privacy policy before accepting it. It is so broad you could run 20 lanes of traffic through it. Anything they deem to their needs is acceptable. Zero protections for anyone other than in the EU. I would not trust them based on either document. You are clearly the product they are selling and sharing with others.
Terrible naming
The app is named “Passport” after downloading to your phone. Which makes it absolutely impossible to find. This is a parking app, it has nothing to do with international travel. Please rename it.
Terrible payments
I spend 20 mins for make a payment. It doesn’t work with Apple Pay!
Additional charges?
When you add time the prices don't add up to the right charge. 50c plus 35c convenience fee equals 3.50?? So i paid 2.5 to park needed to add 15 minutes to my time and I have go pay an additional 3$? If you're gonna charge to extend it costs extra for a convenience fee that's something else what's frustrating is the cost being hidden and you get charged more than your total. Hidden charges man i'd rather just keep quarters on me
