I paid for this app twice and each time I was told it’s one payment for a lifetime access to the premium version of the app. However, when I try to use the app now, I get the version with non-stop ads and am asked to pay $9.99 again to remove the ads.
Didn’t work for me.I just saw tons of ads.
I purchased a premium application. Every time I use the automatic background removal feature, there’s a $ 5.95 charge to my credit card. I am supposed to have 10 automatic background removal every $5.95 charge. However they charge me $5.95 per removal. I have no way to contact the vendor . I will try to contact the Apple Store to get my money back.
When you create your own personal size photo, it doesn’t save it. You have to create the size every time you want to use that specific size.
Background remover takes over a half hour and still says “cannot complete this service” almost every time I use it
It can never change the background and never seems to finish the photo ! The cruisers keeps spinning at the end and nothing happens .I purchased this application specifically to change the background and I couldn’t !!! Both my money and time have been wasted
Tres rapide et facile
I purchased the background removal after my initial free background removal with the pro version was over , but still it’s not working and is again asking for payment . I’m going to ask Apple for return my money as the feature is not working even after payment
I just used it to create a set of photos that I badly needed and the app was very easy to use and delivered. The only issue / limitation that I see is that it can’t load photos in the latest image format from the iPhone HEIF but if you have jpg or just take the pic from the app then presto you are done. Continue the good work !
Even after purchasing the app, it still wants to charge additionally for the automatic background removal feature (one of the main reasons why I used this app). Will be asking apple to refund this as it is not usable for me anymore just for this reason.
