£3 to set up an account and further £9.99 to access colour photos! Had I have known this in advance I would not have selected this app! From your response I guess other people have ended up with the same unwanted subscription, it looks/feels like it’s part of your app to trick people to sign up. The 3rd party may not be your responsibility but sorry to say I believe your customers and how they are treated whilst accessing your app are your responsibility. Presumably you have a choice to disassociate yourself with these advertisements.

Cannot remove background, even after paying the £5.99

I had to use this as was self isolating with my family. For UK passport you need to choose 3.5 x 4.5 and trust the line up measurements in the screen. It needs to be on a white background in good light with no shadows. I paid the £6.99 and printed them at home, leaving the removal of adverts costs as they didn’t bother me. I had to print twice on two separate pieces of photographic paper but they came out well and have been accepted today on fast track appointment. Very pleased.

Just paid £6.99 for this app and it still wants another £3.99 to get rid of ad’s. If you want to print a Uk size passport photo it will only print one in the center of a sheet of A4 paper. What a waste. I want a refund…..

Pay once for colour then again for ads I feel ripped off

I’ve used this app before and was very happy but something has changed and it’s just used up my whole morning plus £6.99 payment. I printed out the photos which turned out too red. I didn’t notice my ink needed changed and it Seems that I can only get one chance so that’s £6.99 down the drain or is there something I’m missing?
