Don’t waste your money, none of the photos I took were accepted as meeting the passport standards. I couldn’t use any of them.

I paid $19.95 for two passport photos and digital. It has been more than two weeks and I haven’t received my passport photos. I’ve reach out to them many time and they always respond saying they have sent the photos. For the money that I spent on them. The company has money to be able to send them with a tracking number. If I have know this would happen I would have gone to CVS or Walgreens and get them right there and then. As well as not delay my paperwork for two weeks. I asked for a phone number and they told me that they don’t have a phone number. I do not recommend this app to anyone one if you what the photos to be mailed to you. Also they are stealing my money because I never got my photos in the mail and only have the digital ones. I thought by paying more I would get a better service and fast delivery. Which is not true at all. They will not give me any refund.

SCAM

I ordered an infant photo delivery- it was advertised as 2 day fast delivery, upon receiving the payment they gave me an option to collect it from a local Walgreens instead of shipping it. However I stuck with shipping since I had already paid extra for it. It didn’t come on the advertised date so I went ahead with Walgreens pick up because I had my passport appointment and couldn’t wait for their delivery any longer. After going to Walgreens they charged me the total amount $17 instead of $0.5 as they claimed. Overall it was very inconvenient, took much longer than how long it would have taken to get the photograph taken locally and falsely communicated me. Do not get their photo delivery service

Paid for the photos, but passport agency wouldn’t accept. Did better with just my iPhone photos. Waste of money and time!

My photo was rejected, waiting on a refund or will be getting a refund via a dispute.

I love that they removed the background. The photo passed State Department inspection without issue. App performed as advertised.

It happened so fast that it’s too late for me to make any changes. However, the developer was nice enough to actually do another one replacing the first one that was created. I am waiting for it in the mail right now but I expect it to be the same as shown on the proof.
