Download and try to enter information, as soon as you try to save you are told to save you have to pay£3.99 to save .If you want payment ask up front, don’t get people to download a “free”app then charge them to use it

Hi would you help me please I cannot open the app soon as I click it on it just go off straight away won’t let you open any idea what to do. ?

Opens fine then freezes when you select the password you want to view. My passwords remain safe, though inaccessible. Update. I fixed this. It’s a bit of a faff. First made a backup of the passwords via WiFi using the option in the app settings (easier if you backup to a laptop). Then deleted app. Reinstalled app. Uploaded password file from backup. Done. JC

Not Great since iPhone update. Everything is FREEZING so can’t get ANY of my passwords. Sent email got no response. Now going crazy having to get new passwords for everything! Was great before the latest iPhone update. Please resolve this problem.

This app was great until IOS 14 rolled out and then it froze. The developer was not contactable/ responsive. When IOS 14.2 rolled out it resolved the issue but has made me think that an app that was last updated 4 years ago is probably 1) not secure or 2) that reliable so I am going to get something else.

UPDATE 6 Nov 2020: Apple IOS update 14.2 has resolved my issues opening passwords. Everything back to normal. But I will be reviewing the wisdom of trusting a 3rd party app that might fail in the future, due to developer not updating software. UPDATING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW TO 1* AS OF 4 NOVEMBER 2020 until I get a reply from developer (emailed them today). The app won’t open individual passwords since IOS updated last night. I have around 100 passwords and I cannot get into any of them. DEVELOPER PLEASE HELP. If you’re a potential user BEWARE. Developer - Estill Hill - hasn’t issued any updates for 4 years. A WORKAROUND FOR USERS WITH IOS 14 PROBLEMS: back up the app to a Mac/PC (it’ll be saved in a file ‘Password Data Backup’); find an older iPhone pre latest IOS update; download free app ‘Password Manager...’ (same app you were using); go to settings>restore>download. Hey Presto - all your passwords should be on the ‘old’ iPhone. At least you’ll have a re it’s of them for transfer to a new Password Manager. I won’t be using this one again!

This app was great until the nee IOS Update. Tried contacting the developer however 10 messages no reply. Now cannot use the app it freezes when trying to gain access to much needed passwords (the whole point of the app) I cannot recommend this app it’s nolonger fit for purpose hence the one star rating.

This app used to be very good after an update had the same problem as everybody else complaining you select your password it goes grey and freezes no one will sort things out after trying to contact them I paid for this app and I can’t get hold of any of my passwords what a rubbish way of an app to work

I was pleased with this app, at the beginning. Now, I can’t access any of my passwords on my phone or iPad, despite updating to the full version. Defeats the object, somewhat. Not happy at all.
