Pathao has the worst food delivery system with worst support system. I mailed them about my complaint , and then they reply me after 7 days with no good reason, just a sorry. I dont know what their developer does, they don’t even know any business logic of a food application apps. I couldn’t even complain from their app, because their so called system not even allowed to upload any image. Without any image how i am going to complain? They want us to mail them, and i did but in return they reply me back after 7 days!! Seriously. I could never trust pathao with advanced payment for my food cause their worst app doesn’t even locate actual restaurants near me for this reason delivery man will always cancel. Foodpanda is far far better than this worst pathao app.

Pathao is operating with a very low level customer service. Even their hotline help desk number is always unreachable. At least other riding service is better interms of help desk service. Most of the rider and parcel rider are very non professional person. And no one take liability of their service. Govt should stop this riding service asap to avoid unnecessary hassle of bangladeshi citizens.

Whenever I order something from this app they cancel the order and even do not give any notification as well. And if I try to call to their main centre they don’t pick up

There is no pataho drive app for IOS. Poor company

No issue is solved. All they can say is a sorry.

I tried to place order 5 times, and they canceled it every-time. Uninstalled it. Fed up of this app and its unprofessionalism
