Not great. The app worked great for months, but recently I can’t get logged in, and the app gets stuck on authenticating. Any assistance would be helpful.

Does not recognize me. Won’t recognize my email address. No getting around this. I have no idea what medical association is connected with this portal.

Healthcare apps have to be the gold standard when it comes to trust and privacy. This isn’t. It’s unclear what app mode you’re in, the level of information that’s being shared at all times, or even what benefits there might be to using this tragic cookie-cutter app with its rudimentary mastery of the English language rather than calling a toll-free number and waiting forever for a response. This is a rare case where I’d rather wait on hold. Please don’t make any more apps!

Since the last update I can't even log in to the app. It wasn't great before but now it just spins and says "authenticating".

When I first started CPAP therapy, the app worked great. As of now, 12/26/2024, the app is broken and no longer works. Every time I try to log in, it continues to “authenticate” me until the screen goes blank and I have to try to re-sign in again. Totally useless app.

The app no longer allows me to login. After adding credentials or using Face ID, then app just spins upon authentication. I removed the application, reinstalled, and even changed my password. The app used to work for me. The kicker is that I can log into the website without issue.

Needs a lot of work. Useless app.

Since the update I can’t login anymore.

Curious to know if the app has ever worked. Signed up over a month ago and haven’t been able to sign in once. App just refreshes forever or crashes. No way to sign in on a website either. I’m convinced the whole company is just a front.

Does’t appear to work on ios 18.2 for iphone. Works on iPad running ios 17.
